Orange vegetables that have a latin nickname Carrot, Daucus carota is one type of vegetable that is very good for everyday consumption, everyone surely knows that the carrots are rich in Vitamin A which makes the body more healthy.

In addition beneficial for health, it turns out that carrots are also useful for beauty. Benefits of carrots for health can be seen below:

  1. The carrot for eye
    One of the vitamin found in carrot is vitamin A. Well Carrots as we know that this vitamin is good for eye health, for those of you who have the symptoms of cataracts, often experience dizziness due to caused by eye minus, you should consuming a carrot juice every day.
