The benefits of Red Ginger has been known since a long time by Chinese. They utilize red ginger as a traditional medicine, for example, to treat kidney, stomachache , to improve the function of the spleen. Whereas, red ginger root by Arabs are widely used to make body more warm, soften the belly, overcoming a variety of digestive problems etc

  1. Overcome sore and weariness
    Provide 2 red ginger root,size of a thumb and 2 glasses of milk. Wash that ginger until clean, then grilled and peel the ginger. Boiled it with water with mixed fresh milk. Drink 2x/ day.

  2. To treat coughs
    Provide 3 red ginger root,size of a thumb, then wash to clean, then boiled it in 2 glasses of water. Wait until water in pot remaining 1 glass. Drinking this water 2x/ day.

  3. To cure headache
    Prepare 3 red ginger root, then wash to clean. Burn the Red ginger and mashed it. Then mix with a little honey or sugar palm and pour 1 cup warm water and then drink it. 
Avoid Ginger Red If You have ulcer
Although red ginger root very good for the treatment of various diseases, however if you have any problems with ulcers then you should avoid this ginger. Red ginger contains gingerol this minerals can make your stomach feels hot. Pregnant women should also be careful to eat red ginger. Since substances contained in ginger red can caused miscarriage.
