For some pregnant mother who don't like drinking cow's milk, perhaps you can try switch to soy milk. Soy milk have a lot of benefit for pregnant women, that not to much different with the cow's milk. This milk also can be an alternative for pregnant women who have a lactose allergy (lactose intolerant).

Maybe some pregnant mother fear their babies will be malnourished if they switched consuming soy milk.
